Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days ), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of next business day, of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@celesticare.com

Term used for the Delivery services:
-Dock to Dock: Product needs 2 adults to unload the truck
-Limited in house delivery 3 feet over the doorway: Product will be left 3 feet over the doorway (un-assembled)
-White glove with fully assembly: Product will be shipped to an assembly facility to be assembled, then customer will be contacted, to specify a time and date to receive the assembled product

It may take 14-30 days for orders to be delivered, from the time of shipment

For Merits Products:

  • Pre delivery assembly is included in the white glove delivery, ONLY.
  • If Assembly is needed after the product is delivered by Free dock to dock/Limited 3 feet in-house delivery. Please reach out to info@celesticare.com or sales@celesticare.com, to receive a quote for an extended (after delivery) white Glove delivery service/in house service.
  • Service will provide assembly, fitting and make sure the product is secured to be used. We will facilitate this service.
  • Simply request the quote through sales@celesticare.com.

Please avoid using the product if it is not secure, unassembled or if it is not fitted properly, as this is a health hazard.

 

Return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are subject to restock fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@celesticare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@celesticare.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Three Year Limited Warranty

    Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame.

    One Year Limited Warranty

    One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at Ewheels discretion.

    Six Month Warranty

    Six (6) Months from the date of purchase on the batteries and charger. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a manufacturing defect will become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.​​

    WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

    Service and Labor Costs

    Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact Ewheels directly for any assistance in locating a service provider or to make a warranty claim.

    Consumable Items

    Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, chains, upholstery and seating, brakes and brake pads, cables, fuses, buttons, shrouds and covers.

    Damage, Accidental Damage and Misuse

    Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, extreme riding, modifications and alterations.

    Second Hand Owners and Reselling

    No warranty will be offered or honored for second hand owners. The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser.

    HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

    Initiating A Warranty Claim

    To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Ewheels service department by calling 888-571-2845, or by email at “Service@ewheelsdealers.com”. Note that before any warranty claims will be fulfilled, satisfactory proof of purchase will be required, and a photo or video of the damaged part must be sent and reviewed by Ewheels.

    Returning Faulty Parts

    Do not return faulty parts to Ewheels without prior consent. A request for a return authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

    SHIPPING DAMAGE AND SHIPPING POLICIES

    Shipping Damage

    In the event shipping damage occurs, it must be reported and addressed in a timely manner. Shipping damage claims are time sensitive and cannot be delayed. In the event the packaging is extremely damaged and the bike is beyond repair, please refuse the shipment, and contact Ewheels for further steps. 

    Shipping – Domestic

    When applicable, part costs will be covered under warranty, and all warranty items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.

    Shipping – International

    When applicable, parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore and/or international location will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. International and offshore end-users must contact Ewheels directly to initiate the warranty process.

    *Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded*

    Item Availability

    Most items on our site are “In Stock” and ready to ship. Some items may be either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific release date, or require extra time for assembly or other adjustments. For more information, please read the details below.

    In-Stock Items

    Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

    For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. During checkout, you will get to select a shipping method and see the total time it takes for the item to leave the warehouse and ship to its destination. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Advanced Sale Items

    Advanced Sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. An Advanced Sale item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, “Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks”) is indicated on the Product Detail page.

    Shipping Methods and Costs

    Depending on the item(s) you purchase on our site and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods may be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.​

    At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the dimensional weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

    Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Expedited requests still require regular processing time in some instances may require 1 to 2 business days before actually shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.​

    Standard Ground Shipping, (3-5 business days)

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS or FEDEX Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Second Day Shipping, (2-3 business days)

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Overnight Shipping, (1-2 business days)

    Shipping Rules and Restrictions

    We are more than happy to ship orders to an alternate mailing address, but for your security there are some restrictions.

    Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover: When shipping to an alternate address, we verify the order manually. The verification process is quick and typically completed by the next business, however to avoid shipping delays we recommend scheduling shipment to your billing address or paying by Google Checkout. To verify your order, we ask for the billing phone number on file with your credit card company at checkout. We then contact you to verify your order through the confirmed phone number. To expedite processing, please contact your credit card company to update your phone number if you believe the correct number may not be on file.

    Debit Cards: We are unable to ship orders placed by debit card to an alternate address. However, you may use your debit card when paying by Google Checkout. Google Checkout allows you to use your debit card to ship to an alternate address.

    We thank you in advance for your patience. This process allows us to prevent fraud and provide our customers with the highest possible level of security.

    2. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.=

    An Oversized Item that is sent via a freight trucking company will usually arrive to your designated shipping address within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.

    The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.

    Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item from the truck. The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.

    When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

    1. Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by email info@celesticare.com. Please have your order number available when you call.
    2. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by email info@celesticare.com.

    Tracking Your Order

    When can you track your order? When your product ships from our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to your packages. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

    Orders placed on our web site may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

    Finding Your Order Status

    The status of your order is easy to find.

    1. Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order
    2. Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail info@celesticare.com

    How is order status different from tracking information? The status of your order is supplied by ELECTRIC WHEELS, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as UPS, FEDEX or a Freight Delivery Service) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible through the carrier’s website when it becomes available.

    *Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

    Estimated Delivery Dates

    Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.

    When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we’ll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

    Returns

    Returns and Return Authorization (“RA”)

    Products must be returned in the original packaging. Disposing of or allowing the shipping company to take the original packaging forfeits the right to return. Photos of the condition of the product must be provided before an RA will be issued. To initiate a return, call us at 888-305-0881 referencing the original purchase order number and request a return. Return fees will be provided and must be approved and condition photos must be provided before an RA will be issued. Return fees must be approved and an RA must be issued within the 15-day return policy. Once an RA has been issued, the product must be returned to EWheels facility within 30 days to remain eligible for return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost to return. Original shipping costs are also deducted for returned products. Any components or parts that are not returned with the product or damaged will be deducted from the refund.

    Defect Claims

    For any claims of defective merchandise, purchaser agrees to comply with the standard return policy attached hereto and allow for the product to be fully inspected after returned to EWheels. If the item is determined to be defective by EWheels, a full refund will be offered. If the item in not found to be defective, all standard return fees will apply. All return and exchange items must have a copy of either Invoice/Packing list or Invoice Number. See warranty information for detailed instructions on warranty terms & exclusions. Any returns that have not been authorized or are no longer authorized will be refused by our receiving team.

    Freight Terms

    EWheels is not responsible for any accessorial freight costs (storage fees, reattempted delivery, final mile, white glove packaging/unpackaging, etc), shipping damage that is not notated on the Proof of Delivery form, or loss of merchandise due to unauthorized return.

    Order Cancellation(s)

    Orders can be cancelled before day of shipment with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellations the day of shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee plus actual shipping costs accrued. Custom orders or specialty orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Any duplicate orders that are submitted are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser (Dealer). ALL cancellations must be requested by calling 888-305-0881.

    Jurisdiction and Governing Law

    Any dispute arising between EWheels and purchaser shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and all parties consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Maricopa County Superior Court for any action to enforce any provision of this Agreement.

    Attorney’s Fees

    In any action between EWheels and Purchaser (Dealer) related to the purchase of EWheels products, whether or not said action is filed in a court of law or other tribunal, the prevailing party to said action shall be entitled to its actual attorney’s fees and costs of pursuing such enforcement action including costs of collection.

    Limitation of Liability

    The total liability of EWheels on any and all claims of any kind, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with, or resulting from EWheels sale, delivery, resale, repair or replacement of any products, service offerings, or the performance of any services, shall in no event exceed the purchase price allocable to the specific product or service which gives rise to the claim, and any and all such liability shall terminate upon the expiration of the applicable warranty period. EWheels shall not be liable for damages that result from the delivery of products or the performance of services that do not occur within the purchaser’s specified time frame or for any delay or default in delivering products or performing services where occasioned by any cause beyond the control of EWheels, including without limitation embargoes, shortages of labor, raw materials, fuel, fires, floods, accidents, acts of God, acts of war, or other similar causes.

    NO EVENT SHALL EWHEELS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL , INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR SERVICE OFFERINGS, OR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OBLIGATIONS UNDER WARRANTY, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER AS THE RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LABOR REQUIRED TO REMOVE AND/OR REINSTALL ORIGINAL OR REPLACEMENT PARTS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, SYSTEMS OR SERVICES, DOWNTIME COSTS, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT, OR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

Parts included are the battery, motor, throttle, controller, LCD display, wiring, derailleur, hardware, wheel hubs, rims, pedals, kickstand, handlebar components and any other parts mutually agreed to of failed due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
