Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days ), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of next business day, of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@celesticare.com

-Dock to Dock: Product needs 2 adults to unload the truck
-Limited in house delivery 3 feet over the doorway: Product will be left 3 feet over the doorway (un-assembled)
-White glove with fully assembly: Product will be shipped to an assembly facility to be assembled, then customer will be contacted, to specify a time and date to receive the assembled product

It may take 14-30 days for orders to be delivered, from the time of shipment

For Merits Products:

Pre delivery assembly is included in the white glove delivery, ONLY.
If Assembly is needed after the product is delivered by Free dock to dock/Limited 3 feet in-house delivery. Please reach out to info@celesticare.com or sales@celesticare.com, to receive a quote for an extended (after delivery) white Glove delivery service/in house service.
Service will provide assembly, fitting and make sure the product is secured to be used. We will facilitate this service.

Please avoid using the product if it is not secure, unassembled or if it is not fitted properly, as this is a health hazard.

Return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are subject to restock fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@celesticare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Portable Oxygen Class Leader

And the Independence output is indeed impressive, offering up to 3 LPM of continuous flow oxygen – a full LPM and more than many of its rivals. The Oxlife design also produces more oxygen in pulse mode, with up to 96 ml more than two times its leading rival according to O2 Concepts. Patients can utilize the Oxlife Independence for reliable 24/7 care. And therapy is easily modulated via the multi-color LCD screen and user interface, with the Oxlife Independence offering setting adjustments in 0.5 intervals in both pulse (0.5 to 6.0) and continuous flow (0.5 to 3.0) modes.

Dual Battery Design for Extended Range

The Oxlife Independence features dual integrated battery ports to house the lithium-ion Oxlife Independence Battery. The rechargeable batteries are good for multiple hours or therapy, offering up to 5.75 hours in pulse setting 2 and 2.5 hours in 2 LPM continuous flow with two batteries included. The convenient dual battery design also means that patients can swap out batteries while the machine is still running, so their therapy continues seamlessly between charges.

Battery recharge time takes 1.5 hours when the AC power supply is plugged into a standard wall outlet. The Oxlife Independence further distinguishes itself in performance with its efficient DC charger, which is conveniently integrated into the machine. Unlike some portable machines, which offer limited therapy settings when connected to DC power, the Oxlife Independence offers full power when connected to a mobile DC plug. Not only does the Independence run at full strength when connected to the 12V plug in your car, boat or RV, it also recharges the battery when running up to 2.0 LPM continuous flow and 4.0 pulse mode.
