Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days ), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of next business day, of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@celesticare.com

Term used for the Delivery services:
-Dock to Dock: Product needs 2 adults to unload the truck
-Limited in house delivery 3 feet over the doorway: Product will be left 3 feet over the doorway (un-assembled)
-White glove with fully assembly: Product will be shipped to an assembly facility to be assembled, then customer will be contacted, to specify a time and date to receive the assembled product

It may take 14-30 days for orders to be delivered, from the time of shipment

For Merits Products:

  • Pre delivery assembly is included in the white glove delivery, ONLY.
  • If Assembly is needed after the product is delivered by Free dock to dock/Limited 3 feet in-house delivery. Please reach out to info@celesticare.com or sales@celesticare.com, to receive a quote for an extended (after delivery) white Glove delivery service/in house service.
  • Service will provide assembly, fitting and make sure the product is secured to be used. We will facilitate this service.
  • Simply request the quote through sales@celesticare.com.

Please avoid using the product if it is not secure, unassembled or if it is not fitted properly, as this is a health hazard.

 

Return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are subject to restock fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@celesticare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@celesticare.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations and Refunds 

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, or 25% of the product price, whichever is higher, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Perfect for kids with disability or has special needs, like autism, down syndrome, etc. or who just need additional security during sleep and nighttime hours. 

A Handcrafted Bed with high level of "soft safety" with full mesh sides which offers more ventilation and safer sides. 

The fabric is stretched over a rigid heavy duty tubular aluminum frame. Foam is sewn into the fabric to pad the vertical frame. The fabric can be tightened easily without disassembling the bed. This is particularly important to prevent the fabric sag that occurs over time on all mesh sided beds, and for maximum safety and usability, the material needs to remain taut. The fabric is removable and machine washable in a normal household unit without having to dissemble the bed.

                                    Beds By George Medicaid/insurance

                                    Beds By George adaptive beds may be covered by insurance, both private and Medicaid, provided you can satisfy their requirements.

                                    Quality Local Home Medical Supply stores are VERY helpful in getting insurance approvals.   We can help you with some authorizations to private insurance and grants.  If you plan to request assistance from Medicaid you MUST use one of these stores.

                                    Standard Requirements:

                                    While each insurance company may vary, in general two basic requirements are necessary in addition to the authorization forms required by your insurance provider:

                                    1) Prescription from the USER’s doctor for the exact brand and model of bed and medical features it needs. (it is the same idea as prescribing medication)  Example 1:  patient needs Beds by George model 1700F with IV pole.   Example 2: patient needs a twin size bed with 360 degree unbroken perimeter and safety sides that exceed 30 inches in height above the sleep surface and has the ability to raise the head to 60 degrees.

                                    2) Letter of Medical Necessity and some insurance companies will prefer an LOMN from a medical professional (therapist, ATP, RTS, etc)  and appropriate supporting documentation.  The same examples from (1) apply.

                                    In an increasing number of cases, insurance companies will have a standard form for “Medical Necessity” that must be filled out by the physician ordering the bed. You may want to consider writing a letter in addition to that document.

                                    Medicaid / Waiver Requirements

                                    There are many specific requirements based on coverage and the state you live in.  Here are a few common questions.

                                    1. Will BBG submit the claim?  Only local Home Medical supply companies that are registered DME’s (Durable Medical Equipment) or the care giver can submit authorization requests to Medicaid.   Beds by George will work with these DME’s but we cannot submit these claims directly.

                                    2. I have both private insurance and Medicaid.  Do I only have to submit my request to one of them?  No, you should submit a request to both.  If you have both private insurance and medicaid, you have to get an answer from private insurance before medicaid will process your request.

                                    3. If private insurance approves me, will Medicaid automatically cover the difference?  Medicaid approval is not directly related to private insurance approval and vice versa.  In other words we have seen where one will approve where the other will not all the time.  The amount of coverage is completely dependent upon your insurance policy(s).

                                    Limited Warranty


                                    Beds By George, Inc. warrants that the bed frame and supports are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years, commencing on the date the goods are manufactured and pro-rated over the effective life of the component, except for exclusions listed. The warranty is not transferable. The mattress and any fabric accessory is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year. Improper assembly, exceeding design parameters, exceeding weight limits, operating product improperly, or misuse of product immediately voids all warranties. Lack of required maintenance and periodic inspection as defined in the owners manual voids all warranties. Wearable parts, such as springs, hinges, latches, etc. will need to be replaced at the end of their effective life and shall not be considered a warranty issue.


                                    Beds By George will replace at no charge, any malfunctioning part (s) that is a result of defective workmanship or material. All other causes are not covered by warranty. You must pay any shipping and labor charges. You must provide valid product serial number (s), proof of ownership and date of initial delivery. You may be required to ship the defective part to Beds by George. If the part is determined by Beds by George to fail the warranty standard, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the replacement part (s).


                                    Replacement parts will be available for 5 years. Due to the nature of the ever changing regulations, materials, design improvements and product availability, replacement parts may not be the same as original.


                                    What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Any problem that is a result of a behavior and/or action that is in direct conflict with the guidelines set forth in the owners manual is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Other exemptions to coverage include but are not limited to any damages resulting from inappropriate use or abuse including but not limited to caregivers or patients who are severely agitated or aggressively violent, damages that are the result of assembly that is not in accordance with written instructions, damages that are a result of improper use of bed or bed components, damages that result from any repair or maintenance work done not in accordance or approved by Beds By George, Inc., damages that result from the use of replacement parts or accessories not provided by Beds By George, Inc., damages that result from modifying or adapting the bed frame, sides, ends, mattress or accessories.


                                    How Do You Get Service? If something goes wrong with your bed, see the section in the owners manual under “Damaged or defective parts or components”. Contact the dealer who provided the bed. If the dealer is no longer in business, contact Beds by George customer service.
                                    Photographs, dealer evaluation, or other helpful data may be required for proper problem diagnosis. We will ship replacement parts to the appropriate location as determined by Beds by George.


                                    How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
