Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days ), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of next business day, of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. -White glove with fully assembly: Product will be shipped to an assembly facility to be assembled, then customer will be contacted, to specify a time and date to receive the assembled product
It may take 14-30 days for orders to be delivered, from the time of shipment

- Pre delivery assembly is included in the white glove delivery, ONLY.
- If Assembly is needed after the product is delivered by Free dock to dock/Limited 3 feet in-house delivery. Please reach out to info@celesticare.com or sales@celesticare.com, to receive a quote for an extended (after delivery) white Glove delivery service/in house service.
- Service will provide assembly, fitting and make sure the product is secured to be used. We will facilitate this service.

Please avoid using the product if it is not secure, unassembled or if it is not fitted properly, as this is a health hazard.
Return policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are subject to restock fee.

What does the Vive Precision smart pulse oximeter do?
The finger pulse oximeter’s primary function is to measure oxygen saturation in an individual's blood. Oxygen saturation indicates how much oxygen is being carried in the bloodstream for use throughout the body. In addition to SpO2 (oxygen saturation), the device also records the pulse rate and acts as a pedometer by tracking steps taken and estimating calories burned.

Pulse oximeters are useful for a variety of individuals including athletes, climbers, hikers and aviators as well as those suffering from asthma, COPD and congestive heart failure.
How do I use my new pulse oximeter?
Be sure that the testing finger is clean as well as the finger sensor pad on your pulse oximeter. Rest your arm on a flat surface and open the clamp to insert the test finger into the device. Press the power button and hold still while measurements are being taken. Results will then be displayed on the OLED screen and transferred to a connected device.
Can this oximeter be used to continually collect readings over a long period of time?
Yes, our finger pulse oximeter is designed to take readings as long as the product is attached to your finger, however, our battery-saving automatic shutdown feature will shut-down the oximeter after 10 seconds of inactivity. Excessive user movement may also cause inaccurate readings.

What is the best way to maintain my pulse oximeter?
To maintain the life of your oximeter, store it in a dry area as extreme humidity or moisture may compromise the device. Also, avoid exposure to direct sunlight. If you will not be using your oximeter often, remove batteries to avoid corrosion.
Will this be accurate while I’m walking or moving?
For the most accurate results, it is best to remain still, ensuring the finger is still, not shaking.
Can I use this for tracking my sleep apnea?
